Batman Begins ou Batman : Le Commencement au Québec (Batman Begins) est un film britannico-américain co-écrit, co-produit réalisé par Christopher Nolan, sorti en 2005. Il s'inspire des comics Batman: The Man Who Falls, Batman : Année Un et Batman : Un long Halloween. Il est un reboot de la série de films Batman, huit ans après Batman et Robin (1997) de Joel Schumacher, qui fut un échec critique et une déception commerciale. Ce film est un succès à la fois critique et commercial. Il obtient deux suites : The Dark Knight : Le Chevalier noir, sortie en 2008, et The Dark Knight Rises, sortie en 2012. Le tout forme la trilogie The Dark Knight.
