Scott Kelly, né Scott Michael Kelly le 13 juin 1967 à Evanston, dans l'Illinois, est un musicien américain, cofondateur du groupe de post-metal californien Neurosis. Fin 2019, Neurosis se sépare de lui après avoir appris ses comportements abusifs envers sa femme et son enfant.
